Booking for an event
Bedroom accommodation available:
Standard – usually larger family or dormitory style rooms with separate washrooms.
Depending upon numbers, it may be possible to have a dormitory style room to yourself. However, some people choose this type of accommodation because they wish to share with others. Please let us know your wishes on booking so we can do our best to meet your requirements.
Booking & deposit
We appreciate receiving bookings at least 3 weeks before the event but advise you to book as early as possible, particularly if you would like an en-suite room, as these are usually the first to be reserved. There is a booking form with this brochure or alternatively you can print complete one on the website. If you wish to book for a children’s event then please contact the Centre or event host for the specific booking form which includes additional details.
Please enclose with your booking form a non-refundable deposit of £40 for each adult and £10 for each child (5 -17 years),cheques payable to Purley Chase Centre. (Please put your address on the reverse of your cheque.) The balance is payable a week before the event is due to start.
Once you have chosen an event, simply click the booking form link below and send us a £40 deposit.
Anyone who cancels or does not turn up to the event without giving at least 2 days’ notice will be liable for the full price of the weekend, no refunds will be given.
The Centre is part of The General Conference of the New Church which is a registered charity and aims to keep its prices as low as possible to enable everyone to visit. We do therefore greatly appreciate any additional donations you may feel able to make and if you are a tax payer please consider gift aid as Purley Chase will receive an additional amount from the Government.
How to reach the Centre:
There is a printable map and route planner on the web site. Alternatively:
Take the A5 from the M6 or M42 towards Nuneaton. After Atherstone turn right off the large roundabout onto the B4111 towards the small village of Mancetter (¼ mile). Turn right in Mancetter just past Mancetter Church – this turning is signed to Ridge Lane. Over traffic light controlled canal bridge, follow road round to right signed Steppey Lane, up the hill through an archway of trees, and the Centre is on your right after ¼ mile.
If travelling by public transport, see details on the web site or ring the Centre for advice.
