How do I book an Event to be hosted by Purley

If you have a Spiritual event or conference that you wish to be held at Purley Chase Centre, please complete the below form/s for a provisional booking and we will contact you to dicuss availability of the Centre.

Provisional Booking Form (PED1)

When you have spoken to the Centre and the event dates and content has been agreed then you need to complete the form for Final Bookings.

Final Booking Form (PED 2)
