Come and join us for a weekend of sacred circle dance focused on the Lord and inspired by his life on earth. For those who love to worship with their whole self – body, mind and spirit.

In February Mary and Rita made a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. They will share something of this experience as we dance this weekend. Jesus’ invitation is to follow him. We will join him in the bustling streets of Jerusalem; on the stony path through the cornfields; in the quiet of Gethsemane amongst the olives; on the pebbly shore of the Sea of Galilee. We will have our joyful and our sorrowful times. Jesus experienced all we experience and much more intensely. His footsteps will truly lead us in the dance of life.
Through Sacred Circle Dance, incorporating times of stillness, meditation and prayer, dancers are offered the opportunity to deepen and lighten their relationship with the Lord and each other and experience something of his love, teaching, forgiveness and mercy.
All dances are demonstrated and beginners are welcome. There will be free time to relax in the grounds and surrounding countryside.

About The Leader
Mary Duckworth has spent her life coming to know God and leading others to him. She loves to explore with others ways of relating with the Lord and being at one with each other, especially through God’s word, the use of imagination in prayer and meditation and Sacred Dance.
Rita Russell has been circle dancing for over twenty years and co-leading dance weekends since 1995. Her dance repertoire is extensive, having danced with experts from around the world. She uses her musical gifts and skills as a teacher to encourage others to experience the spirituality and power of the sacred dances.
