We aim to create a friendly and sacred space where you will feel nurtured in body, mind and spirit. The dance is like a mantra, stilling the mind and calming the body. Its repetitive pattern focuses the mind and its rhythmic movement lulls the body, bringing our whole being into Oneness.
Using a wide range of music and fairly simple steps we will experience what it means to feel blessed, to bless others and to recognise how challenges in our past can be seen with hindsight to be our greatest teacher and blessing.
We will learn the dances together, welcoming both those who are new to circle dancing and experienced dancers. There will be free time on Saturday afternoon to enjoy the grounds, walk in the surrounding countryside, chat with each other or rest.
Helen and Rita look forward to sharing with you a weekend full of blessings.
