Sacred Dance Weekend : In the Garden of the Heart

11th May 2018 at 5:30 pm - 13th May 2018 at 2:00 pm

| £124 en-suite & £104 standard including all meals.

Using a wide range of music and fairly simple steps we will discover what it means to step into the ‘garden of our hearts’, the heavenly state where we experience the beauty of unconditional love and deep peace.
“The garden of Love is green without limits and yields many fruits.” Rumi
We aim to create a friendly and sacred space where you will feel nurtured in body, mind and spirit. We will learn the dances together, welcoming both those who are new to circle dancing and experienced dancers. The dance is like a mantra, stilling the mind and calming the body, bringing our whole being into Oneness.
