Travelling in the Light, a Meditation Retreat
This weekend is at the turning point of the year, a time when we reflect on what we are harvesting at this tim, so a good time to reflect on what we have reaped in our lives and a time to reflect on what do we want to plant in the coming winter for the next phase of our lives. This weekend will be a peaceful time to take time out from the outside world, to reflect on our Inner Light. We will be doing some gentle Sacred Circle Dance on the Saturday evening to celebrate travelling in the Light.
There is the option of having a Swedish Massage (www.massageserenity.co.uk) during these retreats, the cost is £20 for a full body massage, you will need to book beforehand as there are a limited number of slots available.
What to bring:- pens, coloured pens to draw with and paper. If you want to lie down for meditation, then bring something to lie on, such as pillows & blankets. Bring stories to share, these can be your own or quotes or affirmations that inspire you & uplift you to share with the group.
About The Leader
Lynne has a life long interest in promoting Personal and Spiritual Growth, having had a deeply religious upbringing, she went on to study Theology and Wisdom teachings from around the world.
She is an experienced facilitator of groups and workshops for nearly 30 years in Adult Education, having a background in Transpersonal Psychology, Child Psychology, Counselling and Past Life Therapy. She is widely respected for her ability to create a safe and powerful space in which to do deep healing work.
