Join in a gently paced exploration of the way the gift of scents, smells and our ability to perceive and appreciate the world around us without even opening our eyes can also lead us towards a deeper connection to the inner spiritual life.
What is around us helps us ‘sniff out’ the truth of situations, maybe we ‘turn our nose up’ at one thing or ‘look down our nose’ at another. Our sense of smell not only enriches our life but also enables us to perceive so much that our other senses simply are not equipped to detect.
At Autumn Fellowship will be able to spend time in the beautiful surroundings of Purley Chase as we spend the mornings considering what the physical sense of smell connects us to at a spiritual level. Discussions and conversation before lunch and time in the afternoon and evening to explore the local area or simply relax in the grounds, the choice is yours.
We begin with evening meal (4pm or later as arrival on Monday) and this year finish with Thursday lunch.
