DESCRIPTION:A Space Apart – time to rebalance and revitalise \nFeeling like some time away from all the demands of our modern life in order to just ‘be’\, then this could be the weekend for you. Facilitated by experienced and gentle spiritual leaders\, you will be offered activities such as body movement and prayer\, meditation\, breath and energy work\, chanting\, visual medicine and forest bathing to help you rebalance and revitalise your spirit. \nVisual Medicine is a spiritual practice using a no brush painting method and journaling\, no previous experience is needed. Explore\, uncover\, dream and create stunningly beautiful images with ease!  \nWe aim for you to get in touch with the inner peace and joy within you and trust that this weekend will also give you spiritual practices you can continue to use when you return home. \nLeaders:Helen Newton is an experienced group leader and facilitator. She is a One Spirit Interfaith minister\, counsellor\, circle dance teacher\, celebrant and healer. \nNatacha Ledwidge has spent her life exploring Creativity\, she is passionate about holding space for others to enjoy this too. A painter\, illustrator\, choir leader\, song writer and OneSpirit Interfaith minister …she is also an accredited Visual Medicine facilitator. \nHelen Brown is a retired Jungian therapist and minister in the Swedenborgian Church.
